Opera Gets Lawyered Up

I don’t know about you, but when I think about great opera, I automatically think: Alan Dershowitz!

Seriously, though, this one kind of struck my funny bone. It’s a link to an NPR article concerning the strange pairing of Dershowitz and opera. Apparently, he’s writing an opera about the Jewish Cantor Gershon Sirota.

If he can pull it off, kudos to him. No reason why he can’t “wear many hats.” Lots of people do. But honestly – try and tell me this image isn’t a little funny. Just a little bit?
