Well, this stinks. I may be a bit late delivering this news, but anyway... This morning I noticed a few articles covering federal funding for the arts (to which some might laugh bitterly and ask, What funding?).
It looks like bad news for the arts. Back in December, it appeared that the budget for the National Endowment for the Arts would be increased by approximately twenty million dollars. Now that's no longer true, it seems, if what the following links are reporting is accurate.
